Best part, besides quintessential Central Connecticut atmosphere is that the park is free and open 365 days of the year.

Boat launch for only like 8 dollars, park is beautiful and features one of the the oldest building related to the original settlement of the Wethersfield colony around 1649. This park is walkable from downtown Old Wethersfield. Great place to picnic.
