Great place for an evening walk as there is always something going on. It has a nice musical fountain with beautiful lighting in the evenings. There are a bunch of small places to eat as well as a very good, famous in Rostov restaurant Yalla (Ялла).
During the daytime, you can visit a small zoo with birds like peacocks and flamingo (free).
