I lived in Thailand for a few years and I love this place. Try the Penang Curry, if you like curry, it is the best I have ever had. All of their dishes I have tried have been great.

This is a family owned Italian restaurant. I have only had the lasagna, but it was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Best to get here by car

Fonda La Catrina is named after
La Calavera Catrina 'Dapper Skeleton is a 1910–1913 zinc etching by famous Mexican printmaker, cartoon illustrator and lithographer José Guadalupe Posada). This is a decent restuarant in a now trendy, previoiusly rundown part of town. I enjoyed the food, but not their own homemade tortilla chips, which were tough. This is about 5 miles away and the area, though small, is worth a look. I really enjoy it. Prices are fair and the atmosphere fun.

The closest supermarket with lots of ethnic ingredients, especially peppers. They do have take out and there is a Subway as well

What can I say? I love a great beer and the selection is extensive. Located next to LA Fitness, which is across from Westfield Southcenter which is about a 25 minute walk. The brisket sandwich is great! Be careful of some of the beers as they can be extra strong!!!!

I prefer this theater over others. The seats are comfortable and you can kill some time in the mall while waiting for the movie to start.

Getting Around
Although a bus direct to downtown is a 10 minute walk, the light rail (15 minutes walking ) can be a nice alternative. Traffic can be awful here and the rail is not affected. They also offer a one day pass for $6. Along the route there are many popular attractions. If I am around I can drop you there free of charge
