Good food! Try shoti - Georgian bread and Tushuri Kveli - smelly cheese:) as well as Georgian Meze, pkhali starters with spinach, beetroot and walnuts.

Salobie in the old capital is cheap and it has the best Khinkali, Mchadi - corn bread and Lobio - kidney beans. Don't go to one of those newly built, wanna-look-posh restaurants in Mtskheta, visit Salobie for a truly Georgian experience!
