Awesome food, awesome staff! Just plain fun. There is a bar with excellent beer on tap and a great wine choices. It is located in one of the old buildings on the square so the atmosphere is a good one. Brunch on Sunday is killer!

I love the breakfast! Another awesome spot on the square. It is a great little coffee shop! It's fun to sit by the window and people watch.

Fancy place with a cool bar downstairs where you can eat apps and have drinks before going upstairs for an upscale dinner. It has wonderful views of the square. This is a great place for anniversaries.

My husband and I love this Thai restaurant! It is a little hole in the wall place in Thorp Spring...about 5 miles from the square in Granbury. Great service and the food is soooo good!

A great spot for lunch! Located in an iconic fillin' station just around the corner from the square. I love the shrimp sandwich and my husband loves the salami sandwich. It's a little bit of bbq mixed with cajun. The bread they serve on all the dishes is to die for. You definitely have to go here!

Open April-October, the funnest place to eat! BYOB and listen to some cajun tunes. Fresh oysters on the half shell, boiled shrimp, etouffee, boudin, etc. nothing is fried. It is such a fun place! Right up the street from the Greenwood Saloon so you can walk over there after you finish eating and listen to some live music! Bluff Dale is a fun little town to visit!

The Opera House is the most loved building on the square. It was under construction for many years but now it is back and beautiful! Be sure to make a point to see a show while staying in Granbury!

Art, Art, Art! Just across the street from the Bridge Street History Museum and in walking distance from Hh.. there is always an art exhibit going on in the Gordon home and there may be a concert on the lawn or an event in the concert hall! This campus takes up one city block and is open for the community to enjoy!

We love Bull Lion and their wines! All the wines are made from grapes grown on their ranch right outside of Hico. They usually have live entertainment on the weekends. They also have light snacks from their Italian Market. As Chuck, the owner would say, “That’s Amore!”

If you want to go on a safari but Africa is just too far away.. then definitely make a trip to Glen Rose (just a hop, skip, jump away) and go see the giraffes and the rhinos! It's amazing!

Seriously, pretty much in Hh's back yard! Just walk through Witherspoon's Antique Mall.. carefully cross Pearl Street and you are there! Fun spot for the kiddos to swim and make sand castles. There is also a SUP and other water gear rental in the tiki hut. You can also rent bikes from them as well!

My favorite art gallery on the square! You must go check it out! Also, a fun fact... Grady Clark that once lived at Hh from 1920s-1960s was a barber and worked in the building! I have a picture of him cutting hair in this building at Hh!
