What I call "a dive," but their barbacoa tacos are so yummy, as is their green sauce. Lip-smacking!

NAME IS WRONG via AIR, it is actually now called Pho Hoang My. Food is very fresh; has a heavy vegetarian slant. My fave is B9. I crave it. :)
