You will see Bliss Bakery across the parking lot on the far left side. They offer a wide selection of bakery goods, special drinks and outdoor patio. If you are a Winner’s fan, you will be happy you checked it out as it’s directly across from Bliss.
If you look directly across the lake from our home you will see where Carmelis Goat Cheese is located. It is approximately a 40 minute drive. If you enjoy goat cheese you will want to visit this location. They offer tastings and a wonderful selection of Gelato....YUMMY! A viewing area of their goats is also fun to take in. Plan to spend 25 minutes to 1 hr. visiting. Hours are 10am-6pm.

170 Timberline RdIf you look directly across the lake from our home you will see where Carmelis Goat Cheese is located. It is approximately a 40 minute drive. If you enjoy goat cheese you will want to visit this location. They offer tastings and a wonderful selection of Gelato....YUMMY! A viewing area of their goats is also fun to take in. Plan to spend 25 minutes to 1 hr. visiting. Hours are 10am-6pm.

If you want to make a quick trip to Vancouver for the day...hop on the Greyhound and take the Express Bus which will get you there in four hours. Definitely a stress-free way to go plus you get to check out the view on the way! A round trip will cost approximately $100 depending on the days you travel. The station is a five minute drive from our home.

Lot’s of clothes, furniture and household items but we really enjoyed seeing the miniature sawmill which was built in the 1960’s by Phil Quelch and modelled after the “jack ladder” type mill. The replica mill is the smallest known operating sawmill in the world. The museum is a ten minute drive from our home.
