Open for Breakfast lunch and dinner, The Hub house Diner offers great cafe food. Burgers, sliders and fries presented in a modern way, generous portions, and reasonably priced. Coffee is good too.

Best place to buy coffee in Sydney. That's all they do, just coffee, stock up on beans freshly roasted on the premises. Often a queue out the door for coffee on a saturday morning. Worth the wait.

Well know for bread & pastry Bourke st Bakery was a welcomed addition to the area. Best croissants and pastries you will find in Sydney. Lovely sunny spot to sit on a winters day. Coffee is good too.

Fantastic New cafe, opened late 2014. Great menu, focusing on seasonal ethical produce. Fab breakfast and lunch. Excellent coffee. Say hi to Oleh, the owner is a friend of mine.

This is great little cafe really close to home. Just across the road at Marrickville Park, it's the closest place to get a coffee fix! Coffee is great and the food is fabulous too. Makes a great spot for lunch, or get it take away and sit in the park under a tree.

A trip to Balmain is always fun, some great shopping along darling street, and then take a ferry from Balmain Wharf to the city, the ferry goes under the bridge, a great view of The Sydney Harbour bridge and coming into the Circular Quay from this side of the harbour is lovely, a great view of the Opera House from here too.
