Our family loves Digs. It's a close walk they the have great specials (i.e. Friday evenings Pizza's are 1/2 price and they're delicious!). There is a great bar and the owner is super welcoming. Enjoy!

Definitely one of our favorite places to eat out. Fresh Mex with local ingredients and cool vibe. Not hard on the wallet either!

Great food and beer! Colorado microbrewery at its finest. The hamburgers, including quinoa burger, are excellent, and if you're adventurous try the Cajun Boil. Can't go wrong with any of the beers!

Great coffee in downtown, also has sandwiches from Bread (see our other recommendation for Bread!). There is also the Steaming Bean, which is close by with a cool atmosphere.

Best coffee, sandwiches to go, and baked goods in town, bar-none. A little out of the way but worth the visit, good vibes here. Bread Not Bombs - take a sticker.

Good coffee and baked goods (homemade) that are close by. It's a long walk from the house but our neighborhood has nice trails that'll take you most of the way, and you might just see a blue heron.

There are actually two parks very near each other - One for toddlers and one for older kids with bigger slides, etc. Our kids are 6 and 18 months, and they both have a great time.

Intimate winery in downtown. This is a great place to taste some excellent wines (though we aren't connoisseurs!) and dream about future adventures. Couches, fireplaces, and good wine.

Great science museum. Take an hour or two and enjoy the exhibits and fun activities for the kids, or adults. Pub Science night is fantastic for adults who enjoy science talks and events.
