Park on Lynn Beach that is well kept and has amazing views of the vast ocean. Recommend jogging or biking there from apartment. It is only about 1.5 miles away. Go early.

Just opened so still working out kinks but it is right in the building on first floor and has many local beers on tap as well as well stocked spirits. Friendly, local staff who are happy to give you recommendations. Pizza is pretty good here. Our favorite is "The Vault".

LOVE this spot. Local and traveling comedians come here and put on a great show every time. Been here about 7 times and I keep going back because of the incredible value. $15 a ticket for a really fun evening of comedy. That is hard to beat. Food and full bar.
