Great BBQ! Try the ribs for sure. Live blues music almost every night, and it's always good. This is one of my favorite places in KC and is a must visit for the KC noobs. You get great food in a super casual environment with awesome music. Highly recommended, but don't be deterred by the outside appearance. My girlfriend was so mad at me when I brought her and her cousin here, but once we were inside and eating and the music came on, she had changed her mind as was thankful I brought her cousins to such an iconic place that's part of KC's music and BBQ history.

Great beer selection. Maybe not as many beers as Flying Saucer, but they don't have as many of the shitty beers that the Saucer has. Great food too! I love the buffalo chicken sandwich, the Karate Kid. And if you can get it you should try the McCoy's Pale Ale on cask. One of the best beers I've ever had. OR try a cocktail milkshake! Freakin awesome.
