Cafe Rio and Costa Vida are a bit of a Mexican grill rivalry here in Utah! (The one thing Costa Vida has that Cafe Rio doesn’t is raspberry chicken). However, my favorite menu item is the sweet pork in a burrito or on a salad and I prefer the pork from Cafe Rio. Drive through, take out or sit down.

The BEST soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts! You have to do the try two combo (pro tip check Uber eats for a buy one get one free discount 😉) My favorite soup is the Wisconsin cauliflower.

Chose any combo of their meat with some mac salad and you'll be in Hawaiian heaven! The Katsu chicken is really popular but my favorite is the pork and Teriyaki chicken. You can even buy their sauce mmmmmm. Don't forget to order a Lilikoi passion for a drink!

Tsunami offers delicious sushi and non-sushi dishes in a relaxed environment. This is my “treat myself” sushi spot. It's not as casual as Zupas or Cafe Rio but it's not super formal either. It's nicer and priced a little higher than your hole-in-the-wall sushi shop. You can eat in or order for pickup!
