Our community is overseen by an HOA which provides 24/7 security, gated access, and manages all of the amenities. We have 5 lakes, 2 pools, a clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, and a walking trail. Our community has over 60 miles of roadways and over 3,000 properties. We are in the Poconos, in the woods, so expect to see wildlife during your time here!
