Sightseeing

Great forest walking track down to the waterfall. One of our favourite forest walks. Swimming pool 1/2 way down which is a delight in summer. Too cold in winter. Much quieter early morning or later afternoon for bird watching.

Great view of the Glass House Mountains. Also a very special easy walking track through one of the oldest remaining pieces of forest in the Hinterland. You can see paddy melons ( little kangaroos) and fantastic bird life. We prefer early or later for this walk so there is less people. Also a great picnic ground attached for families. There is also a restaurant which has great views over the Hinterland.

Great view of the Glass House Mountains. Also a very special easy walking track through one of the oldest remaining pieces of forest in the Hinterland. You can see paddy melons ( little kangaroos) and fantastic bird life. We prefer early or later for this walk so there is less people. Also a great picnic ground attached for families. There is also a restaurant which has great views over the Hinterland.
It is a wonderful family day out or if your from overseas you will love the Australian flare here. The zoo is spacious and the animals have much natural habitat.
