Silvan Ridge has wonderful wines. (Although it is not quite as scenic as the winery above it on the hill- Sweet Cheeks, I prefer to go to Silvan Ridge because they have such quality wine.) From our place, it is approximately a 20 minute drive through gorgeous country to get there. Live music is often offered in the summer.

Like Spencer Butte, the views are stunning! Wider trail, drier climate, less trees when walking to the summit, but Buford Park is right there too and there are trails through the trees and by the river.

This isn't necessarily how I would access the bike trail (taking High Street up to the campbell senior center is more convenient) but this is the only one it allowed me to list. Our bike path is a wonderful loop along the river with multiple places to cross the river depending how far you want to ride. It is possible to ride an 11 mile loop.
