A great spot only 15 minutes drive from Apollo Bay. A 2 - 3km rainforest loop that most people can complete in under 30 minutes. There are meandering boardwalks next to streams, giant trees, twisted limbs and ferns keep this walk cool even in warm weather. Try to avoid the noon - 2pm window as the tourist buses visit at this time

Beautiful waterfall that you can view from the above carpark. It takes approximately 45 minutes to drive there, 20 minutes to walk down to the waterfall and 45 back up. Don;t forget your camera! Visit the nearby Californian Redwood forest too. The tall trees and quiet stream are magical.

They have a good deli with hot chickens, salads etc. The liquor department is well stocked and offers lots of NZ varieties. There is also a VideoEzy self self machine that offers cheap and easy dvd rental.
