A beautiful spot to enjoy the scenery of the House in the clouds, the windmill, the Meare & the boating lake. Meare café & toilets, The Dolphin pub, a small village shop, antiques centre, golf club, horse carriage rides in summer and beach access.
A town by the sea, surrounded by the river Blyth. Here you will find beach huts, a pier, excellent selection of shops & cafes, including our favourite the Amber shop, with mini museum in the back room. Southwold lighthouse is open at times & you can grab a foot ferry into Walberswick, another beautiful area, with sandy beaches and quirky village.
