This is a a great ski resort in the winter with many restaurants, bars, sports bars and music. Evenings are aimed at the younger target groups. Plenty of designer boutique, duty free alcohol cigarettes and some reduction on perfumes.

Lovely pretty old town with many attractions, cafes and restaurants. les Bains du Couloubret is a true thermal experience. Ax means water and well known for its sulphurous hot springs. There are several restaurants and cafes. Most have wifi . Great place to shop for local produce.
A markets is held here each Tuesday and Saturday. You find an Office de Tourisme in the centre of Ax.
