Neighborhoods
Exousia B&B is located in an upmarket neighborhood next to the Atlantic ocean, very close to several restaurants and the new Platz Am-Meer shopping center. The area is quiet and very safe. You do not have the hustle and bustle of city life here. But remember Swakopmund is a small town and almost everything is 10 minutes from the next :-)
