I love bikes and you can get a fantastic coffee and cake whilst browsing all the latest gear. Also a fab place from which to hire bikes, including e-bikes. There are loads of great trails in and around Settle.

They do fantastic coffee, it is run as a charity and its the most fascinating building with a lovely museum attached.

A little off the beaten track but worth the trip. Fantastic hand-pulled local ale, a lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff and a great menu made from mainly local ingredients.

They blend french cuisine with Yorkshire ingredients perfectly. A cosy atmosphere with lovely staff. This place is a real treat. Make sure you book, even on a week night as it is busy.

Not far from both Langcliffe and Settle this large cave contained hippopotamus and wolf bones which were discovered by a local historian over 100 years ago. It is on the "Settle Loop" which is a great walk or mountain bike route.
