$4 Mai Thai's. Its a pretty tacky place but they have live music and cheap drinks. Good place to start the night.

7604 Koko Head Park RdThis is a very hard hike. It goes straight up and is all stairs. Not for the faint of heart. Bring plenty of water. Best time to go is early morning before the sun is beating down. The top has unbelievable views and strong breezes to cool you off.
