It's within easy walking distance to Provand's Lordship, St. Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art, and our very own City of the Dead - the Glasgow Necropolis; a victorian, goth cemetary with loads of history, among other things....

Parks & Nature
This lovely loch is teaming with swans, other water birds and fish. Besides a viewing/feeding platform there is a walking/cycle path encircling the loch of just over 1 mile and two parks for children.

A combination Art Gallery/Museum the Kelvingrove has it all. Although this museum, like all in Glasgow, is free there is usually an optional special exhibit running which may cost a few pounds. The museum also has a recently updated cafe and lovely gift shop. Typically opening at 10 AM your visit can start with coffee and other breakfast items.
