Just off Mt Cootha Road, I think this is a great visit for adults and kids alike. My partner and I had a fab time re-living our childhood fascination with the stars. Cute!

This is a cute wee hidden lane in Brisbane City. Tucked away from the noisy Queen Street, and George Street, you can duck in here to a wee restaurant or bar for a break. Looks dingy, but fab inside!

1012 Sir Samuel Griffith DrIf you can get up here... great lookout. Buses run from the city, and I'd recommend it. Lovely restaurant on the top, a little on the expensive side, but it has a stunning view of Brissy.
Down River Terrace, this is a lovely walk along the Kangroo Point Cliffs, that look out onto Brisbane City. Tradition is to grab fish and chips or an ice cream to eat here. Stunning day or night.

Religious or no, it's great to take the time to appreciate the pure beauty of this church. Stunning architecture, and a long time in the building. Worth a look if you're heading by.

Great Coffee, fantastic staff. You can buy freshly roasted beans, or just stop in for a cuppa. If you're lucky, you'll be able to flip for a coffee (win the coin toss, and your coffee's free!).
