There's only one supermarket, one butcher (and one bottle shop and pharmacy) in Culburra, but if you don't mind the 18km drive to Nowra, Nowra Fresh stocks excellent produce, cooking ingredients and great seafood.

There's not a lot happening in Culburra in the evenings. You'll need to head into Nowra for anything more stylish than the bolo.
Inexpensive dinner, cheap drinks. If you're looking for Chinese food though, I'd recommend the local Chinese Restaurant (see below) rather than the Chinese at the bolo.

I don't know if this is your kind of thing, but its just 12 minutes drive from the house, on the road to Nowra, so you might like to drop in on the way to Culburra Beach or on the way home. Shop local and handmade products in historic surrounds and you can comfortably take the hound along.
