St. Tropez is a terrific outdoor casual spot for breakfast and lunch. Located in the center of downtown Encinitas, right next to Starbucks. I love their omelets and quiches. The salads are great too.

947 S Coast Hwy 101St. Tropez is a terrific outdoor casual spot for breakfast and lunch. Located in the center of downtown Encinitas, right next to Starbucks. I love their omelets and quiches. The salads are great too.
Famous for the manhole pancakes, the Potato Shack is another great spot for breakfast.
