Make your reservations as far in advance as possible... this is one of the finer restaurants in SF, and requires reservations (way in advance) and a credit card with high limits. :) This place is amazing.

Walk up to Fort Mason on any Sunday to find our local weekly farmer's market. Continue walking up to the Fort Mason park - don't forget your camera, you'll want to take pictures of the Bay and Golden Gate bridge. If you are up for it, continue down the path to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf.

Must see... it's 3 or 4 blocks from my house, so definitely motivate after a morning coffee, or check it out during a sunset. You'll find me with a book reading in the morning sun with a cup of coffee there most Sundays.

One of my best friends proposed to his wife out here, and I help set up the scene for him in a grassy knoll out near the pier... on the right day, could be one of the best picnic spots ever.

If you are the adventurous type, make your way down to Fisherman's wharf for a ferry boat to Angel Island; Once on the island, trailheads are easy to find, and the hike will take you all the way around the island with breathtaking views. If you're even more adventurous, take a picnic with you, and make your way down to the south east beach just past quarry point. You're likely to find yourself on a beach by yourself, with the mountain blocking the wind, and the sun warming the sand. Great spot for a day date. :)
