"Antica caciara" is the best place where to buy traditional fresh food. Very affordable prices, super kind the owner. Ask for a vacuum-sealed package, so you can take back home some truly Roman food.

Go down the stairs at Ponte Sisto and go jogging or biking along the river. The stairs are not very clean usually, but the walk along the river is clean and safe.
