If you've seen Anthony Bourdain's Layover well Martin Picard was one of his great friends and the Pied de Cochon is an iconic restaurant for Quebecois food. Expensive, and filling but a must see. Do reserve in advance or test your luck for a open table. Try the DUCK IN A CAN and The POUTINE FOIE GRAS!!!!!
