This relaxed shabby chic country house surrounded by its deer park offers fantastic food in a wonderful location. It is a bit pricey but still offers good value for your money. The Pig - near Bath
This relaxed shabby chic country house surrounded by its deer park offers fantastic food in a wonderful location. It is a bit pricey but still offers good value for your money. They have a low food miles menu and you can explore their wonderful walled vegetable garden. Great if you want to treat yourself.
A quirky pub with real ales, crazy golf and a restaurant in an old railway carriage. Good tasty wholesome food in generous portions. Better than your average pub grub.

Our local tea rooms, they do nice breakfasts, lunchtime specials and afternoon tea. A relaxed atmosphere much nicer than the chain coffee shops.

So you can either eat in the nice restaurant with the stunning views overlooking Chew Valley Lake or get a takeaway from the Fish & Chip Shop and sit on one of the picnic tables and watch the sun go down. Note it can get very busy at the weekend so booking the restaurant may be advisable.

Probably the best Gastropub in the area, like the Pig at Hunstreet it champions local food. The food is good (they have held a Michelin Star since 2011) plus it has a nice atmosphere and great views, but booking is advised as they have limited space.
