One of my favourite restaurants on Granville I, that is actually affordable, (drinks below $15) and serves local food that are in season. A true taste of Westcoast eating. Must try, make reservations.

Ok, my ultimate favourite Sushi in the world is here. Try house roll, cod chee Reserve when 5+ people. Line ups are about 30-1hr. Go and take a walk in the neighbourhood. But must try,locals eat here.

Another fine japanese place, better to reserve. The oldest in Van, though they like stick to conventional rolls, the quality is very good.

This area has one of the best buzz in the city. No tourists here, just plain local folks getting out and shop. Be careful at some of the restaurants, Yelp it first. Looks is deceiving.

Actually, the map isn't correct. The location is (601 Stamps Landing (False Creek), very new place and a gorgeous place for a glass of wine or beer on a patio overlooking water. good food.
