Take the subway until its very last stop. Up in the hills of Oslo you have an amazing view of Oslo, and you can do a Sunday hike in the forest together with the rest of Oslo´s citizens. On the same metro line as Holmenkollen.

Big, beautiful park, where you can see Gustav Vigelands famous statues, amongst them "Sinnataggen" and "Monolitten". Take the metro to "Majorstuen" or tram number 12 from the centre.

Further down, you´ll pass the concert scene and bar Blå (means "blue"), where you can sit down by the river, and you can see an outside chandelier and other artsy stuff.
