Vietnamese restaurants are plentiful on 'Eat Street' on Nicollet Ave which is one block away. A lot of places have Pho, correctly pronounced 'FA'. BUT these are the 'FA' best!

Ok so no Pho here, but they do have rich noodle soups, fantastic fresh Bun salads or called on the menu 'Vermicelli noodle salad' and must have pot stickers for the appetizer.
The broken rice plate with the grilled pork chop is a caramelized delight.
