Awesome place with TWO restaurants inside a 1900's elementary school! Such cool architecture inside and out. One business is a local brewery/restaurant. The other is a restaurant/café/bar. The bar is called the Principle's Office. A must-see in Colorado Springs for atmosphere and great food, baked goods, drinks, and coffee! And great outdoor seating when the weather is nice! Tip: Park on the back side of the building if it's busy.

Cool, modern, hip coffee spot! Delicious unique drinks, and tasty pastries and food options. Good for meeting up for coffee, and usually not super loud or crowded. I've seen people there studying as well.

Hands down one of my favorite places to meet up with friends or family! It's really cool and modern, but cozy. Great food, alcoholic drinks, draft beer, wine, and coffee. They have garage-style doors on two sides that they open when the weather is nice, and always have live music at night on the weekend! Some of the best live jazz I've heard was here.

Great place for brunch! Really tasty and unique dishes. Inside is a little cold during winter, but worth it if you keep your jacket on! They also have a little market where they sell cakes, juices, ice cream, pasta, etc.

One of my favorite restaurants! I love the cozy atmosphere with wood tables and chairs and local art. Really great breakfast - and I've heard lunch and dinner are equally good. I recommend their French toast, omelets, pancakes, potato bowls, and huevos rancheros! They are also vegetarian and vegan friendly.
