One of the largest and most iconic, beautiful parks in Glasgow. Great walks, sports, activities for kids (bring the scooters/blades/bikes etc), tennis & basketball courts, fountains, cafes. you could spend a full day in there on a sunny day! Remember to check out "The Band Stand" in here to see if anyone is playing that day/night. Tom Jones, Deacon Blue etc have previously played here!

with a great selection of shops, including John Lewis, and situated on Buchanan Street you can catch the subway from Hillhead station across from the flat into here in under 12 mins and have your lunch in the massive food court in between shopping till you drop!
