Hershel’s East Side Deli makes their own pastrami corned beef, yum! Termini Italian bakery is one of Philly's finest. 15 minutes by bus

It gives quite a sense of what the city was like a few hundred years ago and if you head towards market street, you'll get a glimpse of Ban franklin's latrine

Yup, THAT bell. This area is easily accessible using the #57 bus, it stops at 4th and George, one block down and returns on 3rd street. 5-minute bus ride.
