Lavington is worth the drive.
It's a short drive to the Back to Earth shop in Lavington, which sells hand-crafted and earth-friendly herbal and medicinal, personal and home care products. Then cross the road to the AFD Gas Station parking lot for lunch at Joy's Addiction Mexican Food Truck (open Wednesdays to Saturdays). The cinna-chips are amazing ! Call ahead to (250) 309-2927 to make sure Joy is there as she sometimes goes to events.
