This place has it all. Coffee? Yes, but don't let the name fool you. In addition to fresh roasted coffee and breakfast items, they have a full bar, live music, fire pits, outdoor food truck, a regular menu inside and the are dog friendly! Not to mention they are located right next to a distillery AND are walking distance (for most) from Trout Brook.

(1 min) Almost across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood. AMAZING breakfast pastries or if it’s someone’s birthday she does amazing cakes. Opens at 8am definitely worth a stop in!

Beaches
(20 min drive.) One of the best and biggest public beaches on the cape! Located on Nantucket Sound. Available to non-resident for a daily parking fee. About $25, last I knew. Has bathrooms and a great Snack Shack with warm food items too.

South Cape Beach State Park
668 Great Oak Rd(10-15 min. drive.) Located in Mashpee, on the Nantucket Sound.
If looking for a Cape Cod Bay beach check out Town Neck Beach in Sandwich. We’re lucky to be in a part of the cape where we have access to BOTH options. (look briefly on a map to understand the difference)

Taking the Island Queen ferry in Falmouth is so easy (way easier than taking a woods hole ferry) the Island Queen brings you right into Oak Bluffs which is the more bustling town. You can get dropped off in Vineyard Haven if you go through woods hole. It’s a more quiet town.

The most quaint, quintessential New England little island you will ever see on the east coast. Take a day trip here via the hy-line ferry out of Hyannis. 90 minute fast ferries available or 2 hour rides for a bit less!
The ferry drops off right in town, from there you can go shopping, grab lunch, walk around town and the water checking out the scenery.
You can also rent bikes to explore the island or bike over to Cisco Brewery.
Check out the Whaling Museum etc.

11 Shore Rd(75+min) Truro Winery is a great little spot with wine tastings and tours etc. this is definitely a day trip but the good news is that Provincetown is also close by and there is plenty to do in town there as well from shopping to restaurants to sitting on the harbor or at the beach or in a park enjoying the sun etc.
