Seven Mile Beach is an 8 minute walk from Sea For Miles. It's great to surf here all year round. Or talk some surfing classes. There are also amazing fossils in the rock platform at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach, around Black Head.

Hire a beach bike from the Natural Necessity Surf Shop in Gerringong and either ride the beach or through the bush on the sand track. Have morning coffee at The Blue Swimmer and lunch at Bangalay Dining in Shoalhaven Heads at the end of the sand track, before you ride back to Gerroa again.
