Food & Bar Scene
One of my fav places to grab a quick bite & drink! There are usually 3 food trucks there. You can check their schedule on their website to see which trucks will be there. They also serve Philly cheesesteaks and nachos inside. Truck yard is open from 4pm until about 12am weekdays & until 2am on Friday & Saturday’s! If you don’t want to wait on any long lines & want a good margarita, this is definitely the spot to go to! They also have live music and a Ferris wheel for you to enjoy!

Good vibes & good food. Can get packed at night so I’d say get there a little early or expect to wait on a line. Prospect park is about a 5 min drive from the home or a 10/15 minute walk.

Perfect place for selfie photos, good vibes & drinks! Unfortunately they don’t serve food here so I’d definitely recommend grabbing a bite before you come. They are usually open from 4pm-2am every day.

Kemah Boardwalk is about an hour drive from our home. Beautiful place especially during the sunset! There are a few roller coasters and restaurants for you to enjoy as well.

The Waterwall is the perfect place to cool on a hot day! From the mist to the soothing sound of the water fall, you can’t go wrong! The water wall is in a beautiful park filled with a large area of lush, green grass, in front of a mammoth sculptural fountain. There are also benches along the walkway for you to relax.
