Man versus Food, from Food Network came here for the one pound burger challenge. The burgers are massive and the fries and great. Great place to stop after doing the Mesa Falls Scenic Loop. Teenagers love this place!

Good food, great view. If I am being honest, slow service. But, the food is worth it and the view of the river can not be beat. Excellent fishing right in front of this place.

Great food, great service. The pastrami on rye is our favorite. But, everything on the menu is good. Nice place to stop on your way back to Summerwind after a day sightseeing in the Park.

Sightseeing
Families love visiting to see the old handstacked log cabin, water wheel and the big fish in the crystal clear water. There is a fun one mile nature path that is great for kids. We come here every time we are lucky enough to be in Island Park.

The best hiking in Island Park is here. Very nice trails with instagrammable worthy shots of the river and Teton Mountain Range beyond. You can also tour the historic structures of the very wealthy east coast Harriman family which is like walking back in time. The Harrimans donated this land and all the buildings to the state of Idaho to encourage the public to want to get out in nature and preserve open space for future generations. This is a MUST SEE if you like nature and hiking.

3489 Green Canyon RdThe best hiking in Island Park is here. Very nice trails with instagrammable worthy shots of the river and Teton Mountain Range beyond. You can also tour the historic structures of the very wealthy east coast Harriman family which is like walking back in time. The Harrimans donated this land and all the buildings to the state of Idaho to encourage the public to want to get out in nature and preserve open space for future generations. This is a MUST SEE if you like nature and hiking.

Walk down to the Upper Falls for our annual family photo, then drive down to Lower Falls for a picnic lunch at the overlood or campground. As you take the scenic loop back towards Ashton, there is a incredible view of the Teton Mountain Range between Lower Mesa and Warm River Campground. If anybody wants to float the river, drop them off at Warm River Campground, the pick them up at the Ashton Reservoir picnic area. Also great fishing from the dock area at Ashton Reservoir picnic area.

You can rent boats here and enjoy some of the best fly fishing anywhere in the world. I used to work here as a teenager and know that people came from all over the world to fish this lake. Pulling in the big fish is what brings people here.

We love this place in West Yellowstone for the great kid friendly exhibits and a chance to learn more about our often misunderstood friends, the bear and wolf. Great photos of bears and wolves. Kids really enjoy this place.

경비 절약 방법
Do not bring bottled water
Our well water is tested for purity and is better than any water you can buy. Enjoy. Save the forest and our planet by not buying plastic water bottles. Future generations and wildlife say Thank you!
교통편
Car required
A car is okay from May-October. From November-April four wheel drive or all wheel drive is required in case of early or late snow storms. Driveways and all roads to our subdivsion are plowed but in Island Park 18" of snow can accumulate in a few hours. Super fun if you like playing in the snow!

Some of our guests best memories and our own family as well seem to happen out at the firepit at the cabin Seeing the stars, making smores, sharing a drink or that story that Papa has told 112 times before. :) These are the moments that live with you forever and always bring a smile.
