A beautiful sandy beach, water is usually calm or small waves, in the summer time there's a snack shack with food and drinks (amazing fish tacos!), and new changing rooms and outdoor showers. A perfect place to plant yourself down for the day.

A must-try during your stay! The food is delicious, the staff are super friendly, and the drinks are spot on. Beautiful outdoor seating area, but also great indoor atmosphere if it's full outside or the day has brought rain.

Oh, you definitely will want to try the ice cream at Harbor Ice Cream! It's just down the road too! Other than delicious ice cream they are also open early for coffee and light breakfast-type things like breakfast sandwiches and pastries.

Great views, even better seafood. Seriously worth the visit. Usualy a little quieter than Shaw's Fish & Lobster restaurant (another nearby seafood place with a view) and up off the water with an elevated view. Well worth the short drive here for your seafood fix. It's BYO though, so if you want an adult beverage with your lobster roll make sure to bring it with you!

If you haven't yet checked out Damariscotta, it is well worth making the trip back up the peninsula to explore all the shops and good food the town has to offer. This is a must see town, especially if you're an oyster lover or just want to get in some coastal Maine shopping.
