The Valley's own wine is produced by Cantina Cavallini.
The wine production is kept at a small-scale, in order to maintain the high level of sustainability and quality standards.
In Cabbio you can buy the wine directly at the owner's house. You can also participate in guided tours and tastings (by reservation) or, in September, get your hands dirty and participate in the grape harvest (by registration).
