Hernesaari Beach is a restaurant complex on Hernesaari Beach, right by the sea. In the area there are restaurants, cafes, boat dock, bars and terraces. In addition, Hernesaari beach is a full-blooded gig venue, where big gigs from well-known artists are seen in the summer.
Next to Hernesaari is the internationally acclaimed design sauna Löyly , where the restaurant and bars are open all year round .
Hernesaari beach is located south of Hietalahdentori , between Jätkäsaari and Kaivari . The area, named Pea Island in 2013, has been undergoing change as shipyards have given way to residential buildings. On Pea Island you can find e.g. ice rink, soccer field, helipad.

Tram no 9
Form Helsinki down town, Kamppi or railway station, tram number 9 will take you home. Just get off at the stop “Välimerenkatu” then walk for 3 minutes.
