Scenic, flat path that follows the estuary. Your able to rent bikes and trailers/ tag alongs from camel cycle hire. Head towards Bodmin for a quieter route which passes Camel Valley Vineyards and the Camel Trail Tea Gardens

Harlyn Surf School
South West Coast PathOnly 13 minute drive to this large beach
Go early to relax on Porthcurnow beach. It’s absolutely stunning here. You can walk from the beach up the cliff to the theatre but we recommend driving to the top so that you can pack a picnic and blankets as it does get chilly in the evenings!

Great for walks and bikes. There are some great trails for the more adventurous biker with hire available. There’s a small park and cafe which sell delicious brownies

A great place to run of that extra energy. Ideally situated just off the a30 so it’s a great stop off on the way home if raining

Food scene
Located at the far side of the harbour - Greens has stunning views of padstow. It has been recently refurbished and selling cocktails! They also have an enclosed space so I feel safe with the kids here.

A relaxed place to take the kids. Unusually set on a campsite but it does have a lovely vibe with festoon lights and fires.

Not our closest chippy but the fish is delicious so it’s worth driving that but further. Plus you don’t have to get out of the car!
