2nd and PCH Shopping/Dinning: Visit the brand new shopping complex on 2nd street, and PCH, appx 1 1/2 miles east of Belmont shore. 4th street Retro Row, on 4th street, just west of Redondo has some of the the most famous eateries in Long Beach.
Walk up Nieto towards 2nd street, away from beach. Just over a block up, once you get to second street go up and down 2nd street, choose from dozens of restaurants, pub, bars, or coffee shops visit.

Sightseeing
Boat rentals, charter fishing, Gondola rentals. Book a gondola and have a self guided tour of Naples, with Gondola Getaway, just a few blocks down Ocean and Bayshore. Or rent a Duffy Boat at either Anchors Away (Marina Pacifica at PCH and 2nd st) or Alamitos Bay , (London Boat rentals, near Ballast Point Brewery). There are many sightseeing and fishing charter boat options, in downtown long beach near the Pike
Bring a volleyball and friends/family. Many courts available...get there early though the beach can be busy
