Every Thursday from 5-9 p.m., thousands of residents and visitors alike gather here to enjoy hot food from around the world, gourmet goodies and desserts, eclectic shopping and live entertainment. Located on Pier View Way west of Coast Highway in Downtown Oceanside since 2007, this free, family-friendly event also features Dorothy’s KidZone with children’s activities.

Every Thursday from 5-9 p.m., thousands of residents and visitors alike gather here to enjoy hot food from around the world, gourmet goodies and desserts, eclectic shopping and live entertainment. Located on Pier View Way west of Coast Highway in Downtown Oceanside since 2007, this free, family-friendly event also features Dorothy’s KidZone with children’s activities.

Depending on where in Oceanside you plan to fish, you may need a California Fishing License. The two fishing spots in Oceanside that do not require any licenses are the Oceanside Municipal Fishing Pier and the Oceanside Harbor Fishing Pier. Any other location, including fishing from the beach, harbor, or by boat will require a license. Children that are under the age of 16 are free to fish without a license in all locations.

Experience first hand the feeling of coming about, or sailing downwind, floating along in comfort and confidence aboard Bueno. Witness the annual migration of the California Gray Whale as they travel south to the birthing lagoons of Mexico. These whales feed in shallow water and it is common to observe them close to our shoreline. The dolphin are very friendly and often come to our boat to say hello and ride the bow wave.
