Really lovely for light lunches and cakes etc....delicious food and good portion sizes!

About 60 acres to explore, lots for children to do. Dogs on leads allowed. Bit like stepping back in time - little bit shabby round the edges but lovely to visit. Plenty to do for the children and adults alike.

Had two trips with them ourselves. Fantastic RIB boats, wonderful commentary. Thrilling experience. Do wear lots of layers as can get cold on the water even on hot days. No covered area on these boats.

Don't be put off by the exterior, full of interesting things to buy including clothes, home furnishings, crockery, furniture, garden equipment etc etc....You name it they probably have it. Also has a very good cafe, which does get very busy at peak times

Superb sourdough bread and pastries. Currently only open Weds to Saturday and usually runs out mid morning (usually a queue at 9am when it opens) I think you can ring and pre order for pickup
