One of the most popular beaches and the most popular beginner surf spot on the North Coast. Take a short walk down an old-growth forest to a wide-open cove. For those interested in surfing, you can rent gear at Cleanline Surf in Cannon Beach. Parking lot gets very busy on summer weekends.

Easy beach access from the parking lot. Beautiful drive through the forest. There is also a great hike through the old-growth forest from the parking lot at Ecola State Park. I believe it's $10 to park at the day-use area.
