A short but steep hike to the best view of Vallarta. Go up the malecón to Mandala and from there head straight up the hill. After a few blocks you’ll find a set of stairs. They’ll both lead you to the right. Hang a quick left and continue going up the street and you’ll find a never ending set of stairs to the top.
