One of New Jersey's more popular beaches. Belmar is beautiful, clean and well worth the 50 minute no toll drive from your stay. Boardwalk, dining, watersports rentals and lessons. Parking & beach admission free after 6. 9$ beach admission/person. Get there early! 8, 9am early or you'll spend some time looking for parking. Don't forget your quarters if you take the tolls in NJ.

Belmar BoardwalkOne of New Jersey's more popular beaches. Belmar is beautiful, clean and well worth the 50 minute no toll drive from your stay. Boardwalk, dining, watersports rentals and lessons. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable in procedure and safety. I recommend purchasing the video/photo package of your skydive as a beginner; Taylor captures and edits killer footage of your experience! There are activities here, but do bring something to do for some time--I recommend speakers for personal music streaming. Dependent on weather and visibility, wait times can go for as long as a few hours when skydiving!

The Asian fusion is amazing here yet affordable! Stay on the bar/dining first floor for a more relaxed setting. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for dinner and karaoke at the bar or book a private room and sing your heart out! I recommend the skewers--chicken skin, chicken liver, ribeye etc--and duck rice...You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu here though! I recommend making reservations ahead of time.
